We’re looking for a Business Performance Analyst who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves — someone who loves being on the factory floor, understanding how things actually work, and using data to drive measurable improvement across yield, labour, waste and profitability. What You’ll Do • Spend time on the floor understanding our production processes, equipment performance, and recipe validation. • Analyse yield, labour, waste and efficiency data to find opportunities for improvement. • Build clear, automated Power BI dashboards connecting data from Fishbowl, QuickBooks and other systems. • Lead cost-saving and efficiency projects across procurement, scheduling, operations and QA. • Drive accountability by embedding KPI tracking and performance meetings with each department. • Support new equipment trials, ROI assessments and grant applications with real data. What You’ll Bring • Have experience in manufacturing or food production operations and love being close to the process. • Know your way around Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools. • Understand production metrics like yield, waste %, labour hours, and OEE. • Are practical and action-oriented — you don’t just report numbers, you go and see why. • Can communicate across all levels — from operators to senior management.
